Right of termination
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Ioan Mihai Usurelu, Neubau 27, 3702 Niederrußbach, business@diamondscent.ro) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the attached termination form template, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Termination
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive delivery method standard offered by us), without undue delay and in any case within no more than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no event will you be charged any fee for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you ship the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You must pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their condition, properties and functionality.
